Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their Legal & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage various commercial agreements and develop standard templates
• Manage global entity records and support corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist with compliance matters, including data privacy and marketing legal support

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of paralegal experience, including 2 years in a senior role
• Strong background in corporate/commercial law and technology contracts
• Experience with international entity management and multi-jurisdictional filings
• Proficiency with CLM software and document management tools
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or digital asset regulations is preferred
