Job Summary
Providing essential legal support to the Department of Legal Affairs, the full-time Senior Paralegal - California Licensed will manage legal matters, assist attorneys with various tasks, and coordinate documentation and communications in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee legal projects, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with established protocols
- Assist attorneys in the intake and triage process for legal service requests and draft a variety of legal documents
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including outside counsel, to facilitate legal processes and inquiries
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Program or equivalent legal education
- 5 years of paralegal experience in a relevant practice area within an in-house legal team or law practice
- Demonstrated experience performing substantive legal work for multiple attorneys in a relevant practice area
