Senior Paralegal, Employment Law

Job Summary

Supporting Employment and Litigation counsel in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Paralegal, Employment Law will manage active cases, conduct legal research, implement AI solutions, and assist with insurance and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform case-specific paralegal work, including managing discovery needs and scheduling interviews
• Conduct legal research on employment statutes and synthesize findings into clear summaries
• Implement and maintain legal technology and AI solutions to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of six years of experience as a paralegal, with substantial experience in employment law and litigation
• Familiarity with employment law fundamentals such as Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
• Proven expertise in discovery and e-discovery technology and processes
• Experience in legal operations, including managing outside counsel, vendors, budgets, and billing
