Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal (w/m/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Acting as the first point of escalation for contract issues
• Organizing legal team workflows and managing legal documentation processes

Required Qualifications

• Completed qualification as Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Notarfachangestellte/r, Legal Assistant, or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a German law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong understanding of German contract law, commercial law, and data protection
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools
• Proficiency in German and strong proficiency in English
