Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal, Commercial, Litigation, and IP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NDAs, commercial contracts, and procurement processes
• Create and manage dockets and files for litigation and intellectual property matters
• Support law enforcement requests and assist with document collection and discovery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, pre-law, or related field
• 4+ years of paralegal experience, including 1 year in-house at a consumer technology company
• Hands-on experience with contract management processes and tools
• Familiarity with litigation processes and docketing preferred
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
