Job Summary

Seeking a tech-savvy and highly motivated Senior Paralegal - Legal Order Processing in a fully remote capacity, this role will manage legal order process intake, responses, and tracking while providing backup support for customer disputes and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee legal order process management, including intake, assessment, and coordination with support teams
• Review and issue-spot legal orders, summarizing and resolving escalated issues as needed
• Conduct legal research and assess current processes to create new protocols for increased efficiency
