Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal, Litigation & Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in-house and outside counsel by managing inquiries and document requests
• Maintain and update legal department databases and e-billing/matter management platforms
• Conduct legal and factual research and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Minimum 5 years of recent paralegal experience with in-house counsel or a law firm
• Experience with eBilling/matter management platforms is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and various online research databases
• Preferred experience with complex civil litigations and regulatory investigations
