Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal - U.S. Sales Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance in medical device and technology sales and marketing programs, and commercial sales agreements
• Review, edit, and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents
• Collaborate with legal teams and business clients to support contracting processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 4+ years of legal experience; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of legal experience
• Paralegal Certificate is preferred
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreement types
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently
