Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Senior Paralegal (NC/SC Licensed) will manage a portfolio of active files, perform comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews, and communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews and prioritize work appropriately
• Supervise the North Carolina and South Carolina team while ensuring legal actions exceed client expectations
• Draft and record legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections requirements

Required qualifications

• At least one year of law firm experience handling foreclosures
• 3+ years of experience managing foreclosures from start to finish
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with document preparation, including Notices of Sale and Deeds
• Knowledge of Mortgage Foreclosure Law
