Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation caseloads independently, including approximately 20 matters
• Prepare, format, and file key court documents, maintaining case calendars with deadlines and hearings
• Communicate with clients and third parties to gather case information and support trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or case manager in personal injury and/or civil litigation law
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation case workflows independently
• Expertise in drafting litigation documents and preparing case management statements
• Strong MS Word skills for formatting legal documents to professional standards
• Experience with case management tools such as Clio Manage
