Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-impact partners, the full-time remote Senior Strategic Partner Account Manager will drive growth and partner success by leading business development conversations, setting strategic growth goals, and collaborating with the Marketing team on initiatives that align with the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow relationships with top Referral & Channel partners, driving joint go-to-market opportunities and strategic alignment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing communications and acting as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Monitor and report on key partner performance metrics, including lead conversion and revenue influence
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner account management, marketing, channel sales, or strategic alliances in the SaaS or HR tech space
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting for partner-sourced revenue and integration adoption
  • Experience navigating strategic conversations and influencing cross-departmental decisions
  • Familiarity with partner tiering models, joint business planning, or co-sell frameworks
  • Comfort presenting in executive-level meetings and representing partner opportunities internally
