Job Summary

To drive channel partnerships and enhance market reach, the full-time Senior Partner Account Manager will manage the partner pipeline, build collaborative initiatives, and utilize AI for strategic insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the partner pipeline from identification to activation, driving relationships into productive practices
  • Build and expand partner practices through cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Track partnership performance using KPIs, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to enhance partner engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools, including Salesforce and analytics tools
