Job Summary
To drive channel partnerships and expand market reach, the full-time Senior Partner Account Manager will manage the partner pipeline from identification to activation, collaborating cross-functionally to build practices and leveraging AI for enhanced efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the partner pipeline by identifying potential partners and driving relationships to active practices
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint initiatives and enablement programs for partners
- Analyze partnership performance through KPIs and implement strategies to address underperformance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools, including Salesforce and analytics tools
