Senior Partner Communications Manager

Job Summary

Creative and strategic, the full-time Senior Partner Communications Manager will own the voice of the channel program, developing compelling content and communications to engage partners and drive awareness, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework aligned with Appfire's narrative, ensuring consistency across all communications
• Lead the partner communication strategy, including new program launch campaigns and managing the partner newsletter
• Create and maintain content for the partner portal, ensuring relevance and alignment with current messaging and program structures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, partner marketing, or channel communications within a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various formats and audiences
• Experience developing messaging frameworks or brand voice guidelines
• Proven track record in leading launch communications or go-to-market programs that drive partner awareness and adoption
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience writing for partner portals or enablement systems
