Job Summary
Owning and scaling strategic relationships with global partners, the full-time Senior Partner Delivery Success Manager will drive successful customer outcomes and operationalize AI solutions while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring successful delivery outcomes and partner maturity
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice
- Guide partners through complex AI and customer experience transformation programs, monitoring implementations and managing risks
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, or customer success roles
- Experience working with global systems integrators or enterprise delivery organizations
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise engagements and driving measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and implementation methodologies
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or customer experience technologies and their business impact
