Job Summary
Focused on building a partner ecosystem across EMEA, the full-time Senior Partner Deployed Engineer will serve as a strategic technical thought partner, co-create sales plays, and develop workshops while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, defining how Coder fits into their AI and modernization portfolios
- Co-create tailored sales plays and develop workshops to generate awareness and demand within the EMEA ecosystem
- Transform partner enablement sessions into scalable learning modules and produce reference architectures for strategic partner combinations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles in infrastructure or AI companies
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure on major cloud providers, with expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform
- 2+ years of experience deploying AI coding agents in production environments, with knowledge of governance and compliance in European contexts
- Experience working with channel or technology partners in a co-sell model within EMEA markets
- Strong written communication skills for producing technical documents and content for partner engagement
