Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale its ecosystem of boutique and regional system integrator partners across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the US strategy for boutique and small RSI partners, including partner profiles and investment priorities
  • Source, recruit, and onboard high potential boutique/RSI partners and establish executive alignment through regular reviews and planning sessions
  • Lead co marketing initiatives and manage partner pipeline hygiene to ensure opportunities are properly tracked and forecasted
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in channel/alliances, partner development, or enterprise sales in B2B SaaS
  • Direct experience with boutique/small RSIs or regional SIs in the US market
  • Proven track record of driving partner sourced revenue and executing joint business plans
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategies; experience in Work AI or major cloud ecosystems is a plus
  • Ability to travel within the US as needed to meet with partners and internal teams
