Job Summary

To drive significant new Annual Recurring Revenue growth, the full-time Senior Partner Development Manager will own the execution of the strategic partnership with Snowflake, focusing on developing and operationalizing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, enabling sales teams, and managing co-selling efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field-level go-to-market plan for the Snowflake partnership, setting clear objectives and KPIs
  • Act as the primary evangelist for the joint Posit + Snowflake value proposition, creating training materials and building relationships with Snowflake's sales leadership
  • Manage day-to-day co-selling activities and track partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance collaboration
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in strategic alliances, partnership management, or business development within a B2B enterprise software/SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling a go-to-market partnership with a major cloud data platform
  • Strong familiarity with the modern data stack, analytics, and the AI/ML landscape
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex value propositions to diverse audiences
