Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and manage strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Partner Development Manager will engage with enterprise sales teams, build executive relationships, and integrate partner solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving key performance indicators and building trust with partner leadership teams
- Collaborate with field sales teams to deliver effective partner sales plays and account planning
- Contribute to monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to track progress against goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development within the technology industry
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and sales
- Strong background in influencing and impacting executives in partner organizations
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
