Senior Partner Director, Business Applications

Job Summary

Managing strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Partner Director, Business Applications will develop and scale a global partner ecosystem, focusing on joint solutions and go-to-market strategies with top ISVs in the Business Applications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own comprehensive partnership business plans integrating GTM strategies, product innovation roadmaps, and marketing initiatives
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of top ISV partnerships, from joint business planning to solution development and execution
• Drive enablement and field readiness to ensure effective positioning and delivery of joint offerings

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product partnerships, business development, or partner management, including 5+ years focused on Business Applications or cloud ecosystems
• Proven success launching ISV integrations and GTM motions in Business Applications with hyperscalers
• Deep understanding of Business Application ecosystems, including CRM/CSM, HCM, Finance, and ERP
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills able to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and sensitive partner relationships
