Senior Partner Ecosystem Manager

Job Summary

Leading the regional partner ecosystem expansion, the full-time Senior Partner Ecosystem Manager will drive growth and develop strategic alliances with resellers, system integrators, and technology partners in Southern Europe, France, and MEA while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the partner strategy for the Southern Europe, France and MEA region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners to strengthen the regional presence
• Develop trusted relationships with partners to pursue new business opportunities and drive Joint Business Plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 9+ years of experience in partner management within the enterprise software industry
• Experience working with indirect sales such as VARs, System Integrators, and Technology Partners
• Demonstrated success in building and managing partner ecosystems in the Southern Europe, France, and MEA region
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive business decisions
