Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to join their Partner Experience & Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch high-impact partner enablement programs aligned to GTM priorities
- Create compelling sales plays, eLearning modules, and toolkits for partners and internal teams
- Drive adoption of tools and content across partner ecosystems and collect feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Proven ability to build and launch scalable enablement programs and resources independently
- Strong content creation skills with experience in sales playbooks and eLearning
- Experience with partner tools such as Partner Portal, Learning Management Systems, and Content Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
