Job Summary
Driving partner enablement and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, the full-time Senior Partner Enablement Manager will design and deliver training and certification programs for Docker's partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment and engagement across various partner types in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve training and certification programs for partners to execute Docker's GTM motion
- Develop partner-specific GTM content and maintain a partner enablement infrastructure to enhance partner engagement
- Equip internal sales teams with resources and training to effectively collaborate with partners and drive joint pipeline initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel enablement within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven ability to design scalable partner training and certification programs aligned with GTM outcomes
- Experience managing a partner portal or learning management system, preferably Impartner
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and co-sell motions across various partner types
- Experience in building account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs with partner organizations
