Job Summary
Driving growth within a portfolio of existing payments partnerships, the full-time Senior Partner Growth Manager will identify new opportunities, execute tailored go-to-market strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance merchant acquisition and revenue, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and expand a named portfolio of existing payments partnerships to accelerate revenue and business value
- Identify new opportunities within partner relationships that align with growth objectives and execute go-to-market strategies
- Monitor partnership performance using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar growth-focused role in tech or fintech
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth through partnership expansion
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to assess opportunities and drive deals from ideation to execution
- Understanding of go-to-market strategy development and cross-functional execution
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
