Senior Partner Integration Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly collaborative and relationship-driven Senior Partner Integration Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the coordination of partner onboarding, cross-functional alignment, and integration workflows while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between internal teams and external partners, managing partner onboarding and expectation-setting
• Translate technical requirements into clear, business-oriented language for diverse stakeholders and oversee API, SFTP, and employee benefits integrations
• Drive issue identification and resolution, maintaining an inventory of integrations and ensuring compliance and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, vendor management, or similar roles
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading partner onboarding and integrations coordination without coding
• Strong project management skills, including timelines and stakeholder communication
• Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman
