Job Summary
Driving the success of key partnerships, the full-time remote Senior Partner Management Lead will manage post-contract relationships, lead onboarding processes, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure sustained growth and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for partner stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships and managing partner needs
- Lead end-to-end partner onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to execute signed agreements
- Monitor partner performance metrics and conduct business reviews to drive retention and growth
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in partner/account management, business development, or strategic client-facing roles
- Proven success in managing and growing revenue-generating partnerships
- Experience conducting business reviews and utilizing performance data for decision-making
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and excellent presentation abilities
