• Lead Cisco GTM strategy alignment between Cisco field teams and sales organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in partner management, GTM strategy, or sales operations
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in complex, matrixed technology ecosystems
• Strong analytical and execution skills
