Senior Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager, Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, managing day-to-day communication and relationship management
• Deliver partner-facing demos, onboarding sessions, and training presentations while maintaining consistent communication with partners
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve partner issues, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting contract renewals and retention efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in partner management, client success, account management, or strategic operations, ideally within healthcare or digital health
• 2+ years of experience in virtual healthcare delivery
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with high-touch clients or partners
• Experience supporting or managing enterprise-level partnerships and delivering on SLAs
• Familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
