Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own and scale their relationship with Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for Databricks, ensuring alignment across sales leaders and field teams
- Drive revenue execution by operationalizing sales collaboration and generating pipeline across priority accounts
- Partner with Marketing to launch targeted demand generation campaigns that convert into qualified enterprise pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in alliances, ISV partnerships, or enterprise SaaS partnerships
- Experience working closely with Databricks or similar strategic ISVs
- Proven success in driving field-level co-sell motions
- Strong enterprise sales fluency
- Structured and metrics-driven approach
