Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own and scale their relationship with Databricks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for Databricks, ensuring alignment across sales leaders and field teams
  • Drive revenue execution by operationalizing sales collaboration and generating pipeline across priority accounts
  • Partner with Marketing to launch targeted demand generation campaigns that convert into qualified enterprise pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, ISV partnerships, or enterprise SaaS partnerships
  • Experience working closely with Databricks or similar strategic ISVs
  • Proven success in driving field-level co-sell motions
  • Strong enterprise sales fluency
  • Structured and metrics-driven approach
