Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager (EMEA and India).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and recruit new SMB-focused partners across EMEA and India, ensuring seamless onboarding
• Develop and deliver enablement content while co-leading sales engagements with partners
• Drive partner health and execute quarterly business reviews to align on goals and strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles
• Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs in EMEA and India
• Strong sales acumen with experience in partner-led selling motions
• Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills
