Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to oversee and enhance partner relationships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 partners, developing account plans and driving partner-sourced revenue
- Recruit and onboard 15-30 new partners quarterly, ensuring they are trained and ready to sell within 60 days
- Establish repeatable processes for partner activation and enable partners with the necessary tools and training to sell effectively
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, with a proven track record of revenue responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and grow partner relationships
- Strong understanding of partner economics, incentive design, and activation models
- Experience in building and implementing partner management systems and playbooks
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and customer success teams
