Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to oversee and enhance partner relationships in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 partners, developing account plans and driving partner-sourced revenue
  • Recruit and onboard 15-30 new partners quarterly, ensuring they are trained and ready to sell within 60 days
  • Establish repeatable processes for partner activation and enable partners with the necessary tools and training to sell effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, with a proven track record of revenue responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and grow partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of partner economics, incentive design, and activation models
  • Experience in building and implementing partner management systems and playbooks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and customer success teams
