Job Summary

Owning large Focus partner relationships in the Americas, the full-time Senior Partner Manager will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, pipeline generation, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, executing value-based plans and driving co-selling initiatives
  • Generate and maintain pipeline visibility through targeted account mapping and joint go-to-market campaigns
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engagement to meet or exceed partner-attributed revenue targets and document partner impact
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliance management within enterprise software or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partner-attributed revenue targets
  • Experience managing large, complex partner relationships from planning through execution
  • Strong co-sell and co-delivery experience with the ability to structure joint value propositions
  • Executive presence to lead strategic planning sessions with C-level stakeholders
