Job Summary

To drive partner retention and network growth, the full-time Senior Partner Manager will manage and grow relationships with participating fitness locations within Medicare and commercial networks, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor for partners while working remotely from the Tampa area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner locations
  • Drive partner retention and engagement through proactive outreach and business reviews
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
  • Experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred
  • Ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
