Job Summary

Focused on driving partner success in the US Public Sector, the full-time Senior Partner Manager will manage a regional territory, lead co-sell and co-delivery initiatives, and collaborate with various sales teams to accelerate digital transformation and achieve sales quotas, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners to meet government customer needs
  • Support joint sales pursuits and ensure successful project delivery by partners
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create demand generation plans and ensure alignment with ServiceNow's partner strategy
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or 7+ years in partner management or consulting
  • Proven track record in driving successful business development activities
  • Experience working with matrixed organizations and multiple sales teams
  • Strong understanding of AI integration into work processes and decision-making
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders
