Job Summary

Managing relationships with participating fitness locations, the full-time Senior Partner Manager will serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring engagement and satisfaction while driving network growth in a remote capacity for candidates residing in the Tampa area.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner locations
• Drive partner retention and engagement through proactive outreach and business reviews
• Analyze partner performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth and retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
• Experience with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred
• Ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or related field, or equivalent experience
