Job Summary
To drive growth for auction house partners in the art and antiques sector, the full-time remote Senior Partner Manager, Art & Antiques will manage strategic relationships, serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, and champion the adoption of AI-enhanced tools and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic partner relationships with key Art & Antiques auction houses to foster mutual growth
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, consulting partners on growth strategies and digital transformation
- Lead discussions on AI and digital tools, helping partners understand and adopt innovations that enhance their auction businesses
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, business consulting, or partner/customer success
- Proven ability to engage as a trusted advisor at the executive level within the auction house community
- Strong familiarity with the art, antiques, or collectibles auction market
- Experience with data analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for leading strategic discussions
