Senior Partner Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the company's growth, the full-time Senior Partner Operations Analyst will drive strategy, planning, and execution of Partner programs and processes while working remotely to enhance Partner operations and ensure effective engagement models.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic projects and process improvements based on feedback from Sales and Partner teams
• Manage enhancement projects and ensure comprehensive UAT for smooth post-production launches
• Provide operational support for the Partner organization and maintain data integrity in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in Partner operations, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise environments
• Experience in implementing scalable programs and processes
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects and flows; experience with Impartner and Looker is a plus
• Ability to adapt responsibilities as the organization grows and evolves
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
