Senior Partner Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Operations Manager to join its GTM Strategy, Planning, and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of global partner strategies and long-term ecosystem planning
• Design and manage partner programs, operational frameworks, and improve partner forecasting
• Serve as an operational thought partner, enhancing partner experience and performance through data-backed insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner strategy, channel operations, or GTM strategy within a SaaS environment
• Experience with various SaaS ecosystem routes-to-market and channel models
• Proven ability to build or improve partner operating mechanisms and governance processes
• Demonstrable experience with partner engagement and management systems
• Must be based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone
