Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience or 6+ years with an advanced degree
• Deep operations experience in fintech/payments preferred
• Strong contract management and negotiation capabilities
• Experience with compliance, risk, and partner expectations
• High proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
