Key Responsibilities
- Own escalated tickets from Tier 1 requiring technical depth and drive them to resolution
- Run live troubleshooting sessions with partners for complex investigations and configuration walkthroughs
- Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge management to improve internal processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple complex partner escalations simultaneously
- Technical fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Postman, and SQL
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing or partner-facing role
- Ability to produce high-quality bug and issue reports with clear reproduction steps
- Proven ability to perform structured root cause analysis and implement solutions
