Key Responsibilities
  • Own escalated tickets from Tier 1 requiring technical depth and drive them to resolution
  • Run live troubleshooting sessions with partners for complex investigations and configuration walkthroughs

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to perform structured root cause analysis and implement solutions
