Senior Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager, Growth & Acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute partner acceleration initiatives to enhance partner performance
• Manage end-to-end strategic projects and cross-functional launches aligned to KPIs
• Act as the primary liaison across teams to ensure partner readiness and develop frameworks for enablement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner programs, enablement, or channel-related roles within B2B tech
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional partner programs and GTM initiatives
• Strong knowledge of partner ecosystems including ISVs, GSIs, CSPs, resellers, and distributors
• Skilled in project management with tools like Salesforce, Asana, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop systems and processes that support scalable partner growth
