Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager, Distribution & Commercial Scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve partner program strategy for distribution and aggregator-led go-to-market motions
• Define foundational components of the partner program, including tiers, value exchange, and incentives
• Drive cross-functional work streams to develop workflows and tools for automated deal flows and onboarding programs

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in partner programs, distribution management, or SaaS GTM strategy
• Proven success in designing partner programs supporting two-tier distribution or low/no-touch GTM motions
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial models and program incentives
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Skilled in project management tools like Salesforce, Asana, and analytics platforms
