Senior Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives across the Channels & Alliances organization, the full-time Senior Partner Program Manager will identify opportunities for targeted partner programs, design and scale custom initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely or from New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and accelerate partner-driven growth through targeted programs that complement existing frameworks
• Design, launch, and scale custom partner programs to support strategic business priorities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop operational processes and measure program effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner programs, program management, or related functions within a SaaS or technology company
• Proven experience in building and scaling partner programs from the ground up
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience with consumption-based software
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from ideation through execution
• Passion for fast-paced growth environments and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
