Senior Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytically minded, the full-time Senior Partner Program Operations Manager will oversee the operational aspects of the channel partner program, including metrics tracking, reporting, and partner portal management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own tracking, reporting, and analysis of channel program metrics and OKRs to provide visibility into program health and performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to surface actionable insights across partner engagement and program adoption
• Manage partner access to the partner portal, including onboarding, permissions provisioning, and support ticket resolution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program operations, partner operations, or channel operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building reports and tracking KPIs
• Experience administering partner portals or partner relationship management (PRM) platforms
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience in managing course content
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau
