Job Summary

Driving the future growth of the Partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Partner Sales Enablement Coach will design and implement enablement programs that enhance partner sales performance while working remotely from various locations in the US and EMEA.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design scalable enablement strategies to improve partner sales performance through various coaching and digital methods
  • Define measurable learning objectives that align with the business value of Red Hat and partner solutions
  • Measure enablement effectiveness and iterate continuously based on insights to ensure impactful learning experiences
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or sales training roles
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs
  • Experience driving behavior change through coaching and digital learning approaches
  • Knowledge of channel/partner ecosystems, including distributors and resellers
  • Experience with learning management systems and revenue enablement platforms
