Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations, Senior Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM governance and maintain the sales tech stack for cross-functional alignment
- Standardize customer journey mapping between marketing leads, sales conversions, and customer success
- Partner with data analysts to build dashboards and maintain revenue forecasting and insights sharing
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations with 2 years in cross-functional reporting
- Expertise in HubSpot and sales tech ecosystems, including Gong and ZoomInfo
- Experience in managing high-volume inbound lead engines and providing real-time feedback
- Ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations across teams
- Experience in HealthTech, EHR, or Practice Management is a significant advantage
