Senior Partner Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Partner Solutions Architect to work remotely, this role will manage the technical integration journey for supply chain partners, guiding them through onboarding and certification processes while collaborating with internal teams to enhance ServiceTitan's supply chain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical presales and partner discovery, evaluating supplier and distributor integration readiness
• Own the technical journey for supply chain partners, providing API support and ensuring successful integration implementations
• Conduct ongoing API gap analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to improve integration solutions and partner experiences

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical role involving API integrations or solutions engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain concepts and experience working with suppliers, OEMs, or distributors
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and proficiency with API development tools like Postman
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience advising external technical teams on integration architecture and managing multiple partner relationships
