Senior Partner Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Partner Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor to global partners, leading technical onboarding and training while collaborating on architecture and co-delivery of LanceDB solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding, training programs, and certifications for partner engineers and architects
• Collaborate with alliances to support proofs-of-concept, design reviews, and architectural validations
• Author and maintain partner-facing technical assets, including reference architectures and deployment blueprints

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer- or partner-facing technical roles, ideally with data platforms or distributed systems
• Proven track record working within a partner ecosystem, with knowledge of market strategies
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and container orchestration technologies
• Strong proficiency in Python and willingness to work with Rust for integration code
• Exceptional presentation skills to communicate complex data infrastructure solutions effectively
