- Customize resources to drive partner-sourced opportunities and represent partner needs with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- Experience in customer-facing technical channel sales or presales
- Comprehensive understanding of internet protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL
- Passion for delivering technical solutions as a customer advocate
- Experience presenting technical topics to diverse audiences
