Senior Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership across Commercial and Product Partnership teams, the full-time remote Senior Partner Solutions Engineer will support large cross-functional programs, represent Affirm's engineering team to partners, and manage the execution of long-term initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including solution design, timeline estimation, and testing plans
• Provide day-to-day support for technical questions from external partner stakeholders
• Make recommendations on integration strategy and platform evolution to optimize user experience

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or related customer-facing engineering roles
• Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages
• Experience with Ecommerce technologies and data models
• Familiarity with JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies
• Experience with alerting and monitoring tools and applications
